Nick Douch is an accomplished musician with international success as the drummer for New Zealand rock band Ekko Park, a group that has been a mainstay of the NZ music scene for over a decade. With three albums, two EPs, two Aotearoa Music Award nominations and international radio play under their belt, Ekko Park has performed hundreds of shows across New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and Europe, earning a loyal following and critical acclaim.
Nick is also a director at Eliette’s Music Academy in Auckland. Since joining EMA in 2017, he has played a pivotal role in expanding the academy and helping to shape it into a leading force in contemporary music education.
Nick has also performed live with the Jordan Luck Band, Jimmy Christmas (of The D4/Luger Boa) Skinny Hobos and guested on stage with US band The Bouncing Souls.
Today, Nick combines his extensive live performance experience with a dedication to nurturing the next generation of musicians, creating electrifying atmospheres both on stage and at Eliette’s Music Academy
